Your dedicated consultant will listen to your motivations and aspirations in order to get a good understanding of what you want to achieve from your next career move. You may be asked to undertake soft skills assessments as part of registration process, these will be emailed to you for you to complete in your own time and at your own pace. All of our consultants have a proven background in Recruitment and HR.
In addition to supporting you through your next career move, we offer professional career and CV advice, to ensure that you are not underselling your skills and experience. Following your initial interview your consultant will talk to you about suitable vacancies at organisations that may be of interest to you.
Once any interviews have been confirmed your consultant will provide you with full interview information and assist with preparation (if required) for full competency based interviews, combination interviews and factual interviews.
Unlike a lot of recruitment agencies we will relay full interview feedback and where possible will ensure decision feedback is received and passed on to you. The whole process will be managed on your behalf, from making initial introductions and arranging interviews to negotiating packages and salaries.
