This is your ‘traditional’ recruitment service, when you have either a contract or permanent recruitment need. You instruct house to source you a candidate who fits your criteria for skills, expertise and experience.

What we do for JOB SEEKERS?

Unlike a lot of recruitment consultancies we will relay full interview feedback and where possible will ensure decision feedback is received and passed on to you. The whole process will be managed on your behalf, from making initial introductions and arranging interviews to negotiating packages and salaries.

Meet Michelle

I Founded House Recruitment Limited in 2009, starting out on London’s iconic Fleet Street.

In 2012 the business really embraced consulting and working across client sites and remote working, I am particularly partial to a WeWork office, mainly for the biscuit selection and office dogs! Here’s a little snapshot about me:

BEFORE RECRUITMENT: Worked in HR before moving to the ‘dark side’

OBSESSED WITH:  Recruitment marketing, the candidate experience, knowledge sharing, bright lippy and house plants

MOST PROUD OF: Balancing running a busy ever evolving business and being a Mum to two beautiful boys 

ENJOYS:  Using her knowledge of the sector to support job seekers on their journey and carrying out CSR work

FAVE DRINK:  Double espresso or an Aperol Spritz 

MARMITE:  Hates the stuff, Nutella wins every time

SUPPORTS:  The British Heart Foundation, The Brompton Fountain and The Evelina Hospital.
